"Intentional Presbyterates" is a series of four models of Presbyteral Assemblies for Building Unity within a diocese's presbyterate.
Intentional Presbyterates I: “Claiming Our Common Sense of Purpose as Diocesan Priests,” focuses on the theology of presbyteral unity, on writing a common vision statement and on hearing the expectations of internal and external stakeholders.

The outline of "Intentional Presbyterates I: Claiming Our Common Sense of Purpose as Diocesan Priests" is also contained within "Intentional Presbyterates: The Workbook." The workbook contains all the resources needed to plan a presbyteral assembly or priest retreat on the theme of presbyteral unity, as well as feedback from dioceses who have used this model.
