The Institute for Priests and Presbyterates will fund three pilot programs of the “Cultivating Unity” program of the National Organization for the Continuing Education of Roman Catholic Clergy (NOCERCC).
Each pilot will receive $10,000 toward the fee.
The program has four major components:
- A convocation, centered in prayer and faith sharing, with the bishop and his priests
- Pre-convocation survey of priests
- Pre-convocation listening sessions for priests
- Post-convocation consultation to help the diocese follow up on action items arising from the program.
